We aim to keep our prices affordable for everyone, and offer $10 flat rate shipping Australia wide, as well as local pick up for those on the Tweed or Gold Coasts.

Shipping
1) How much is shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping for all items, in the following categories:
Standard post: $10
Express post: $15
2) How long will my item take to be shipped?:
As all of our items are decorated by hand, please allow 2-4 days for items to be shipped. All items are shipped from our office in Banora Point, NSW.
3) How long will postage take?
Postage timeframes are generally 2-7 days for most areas of Australia (regional/remote areas may take a little longer)
4) Do you ship internationally?
No, at the moment we are currently only offering Australia wide shipping.
5) Do you allow local pick up?
Yes! If you are located on the Tweed or Gold Coast areas please simply select this option at checkout, and you will not be charged any shipping cost. Orders can be collected from Banora Point, NSW.

2) Do you accept returns?
Please notify us within 48 hours of your item being delivered if there is an issue with your order, or if your order has been damaged during shipping. All items are checked carefully before shipping, however if you happen to receive a faulty or damaged item you may return it for a refund or replacement. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
